The AVIONIX.ORG website and all its content, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by BANG SRL and the image/video/audio providers Wix.com (premium) and Canva.com (pro), with whom the audiovisual communication systems and images have been licensed for payment.

Users cannot download content from the AVIONIX.ORG website.

The logo "ANID, National Association of Pest Control Companies" is displayed at the bottom of the website, licensed by the association following the partnership with BANG SRL.

6. Purpose of AVIONIX.ORG Content

The digital content and texts are used to explain the partial operation of the "pest control" or installation services for certified products for bird control and other pest control services. The content is created for promotional purposes and does not fully explain the operation of the services. The "services" are not sold directly on AVIONIX.ORG but can be booked for a free inspection, which will be confirmed by BANG SRL based on availability and scheduling.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the AVIONIX.ORG website and the user will be resolved through arbitration.
The arbitration will be governed by the Arbitration Rules of the Court of Milan - Legnano Branch.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

9. Entry into Force

These terms and conditions come into effect on 08 04 2024 for the AVIONIX.ORG website.

10. Modifications

BANG SRL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The changes will be posted on the AVIONIX.ORG website.
Using the website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Severability Clause

If one or more clauses of these terms and conditions are declared invalid or ineffective, the remaining clauses will remain in force.
